Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our web pages and click on any items that you wish to buy and just add them to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on the checkout and you will be asked a few details that we need to satisfy your order

Delivery Charges
Carriage charges on orders as follows:
UK Mainland Addresses
- For orders up to the value of £20 (£3.65)
- For orders over £20 (Free)
UK Offshore (excluding Channel Islands) - Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands & The Scilly Isles
- For orders up to the value of £24.99 (£12.00)
- For orders between £25 and £39.99 (£10.00)
- For orders between £40 and £79.99 (£7.00)
- For orders over £80 (Free)
We currently do not export goods outside the United Kingdom. Please contact us if you are based outside the UK and want to order goods
Delivery Schedule
We take off orders daily so we can provide a fast and effective service to you
We usually ship all our orders within 2 working days, but please allow up to 7 days for delivery. If an item is out of stock we will notify you by email and you will have the option to cancel the out of stock item but have the rest of the order dispatched immediately, or have the in stock items dispatched and the out of stock item placed on back order for immediate dispatch when back in stock. You will not be charged twice for postage

Tax Charges
All product prices are inclusive of UK VAT (currently 20%). Your invoice will show VAT separately
Quality Guarantee and Commitment
Along with our own commitment to quality, we only purchase from suppliers that adhere to relevant quality and environmental regulations
If you discover any defects with any goods supplied by us we ask that you contact us within 14 days so we can arrange either an exchange or refund
Miller’s Graphic Centres Limited shall only be liable to the customer for any faulty goods and that liability is restricted to the replacement of the faulty goods or the refund of the purchase price
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or a full refund. The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging to:

Please remember to obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. We will refund your money within 7 days of receipt of the goods
If you wish to return the goods to our shop in person we will require the receipt we issued at the time of your online purchase. Without this we are unable to offer a refund
